If you are expecting a baby and you are feeling well and have been given the all clear to exercise, join our speciality ante-natal Pilates classes. Classes will focus on working the legs, arms and glutes and strengthening the pelvic floor muscles using a variety of props including hands weights, exercise ball and flex band. Exercises can also help relieve lower back pain and help strengthen the pelvic floor muscles .
