I am a Clinical Psychotherapist and have just moved to Bahrain and set up my own private practice. I work primarily with Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. In addition to my Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Counselling Psychology, I also have a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I have previously worked with the NHS Mental Health Unit and with the Place2Be charity which is the leading UK provider of school-based mental health support, unlocking children's potential in the classroom - and beyond. I have also run my own private practice from The Westlake Clinic in Harley Street and Royal Tunbridge Wells.
