Where can I find art and craft supplies?

One question that crops up frequently, especially from mums with school age children, is where they can get art and craft supplies from. here are some suggestions that have come from our members - can you add any others?

• 'Celebrations', next to A Piece of Cake on Budaiya Highway - has lots of scrap booking things, fabric and craft items.
• 'Things to Do' close to Burgerland roundabout has art supplies, wool, fabric, cotton etc.
• 'Talent' on Budaiya Highway.
• There are several branches of 'Tarradah' around the island, including ones in Gudabaiya, Riffa, Muharraq. It has wool, buttons and cottons.
• 'Daiso' in the Dasman Centre, in Gudabaiya.
• 'Al Anwar' in Tubli has various random craft items, mostly towards the back of the ground floor, but it is good to browse around and look for little gems tucked away.......
• 'Bahrain Pride' and 'Kingdom Pride' stores also carry a small selection of random craft items.
• From Donya: Rawnaq in Sitra next to Bokhamas and the Mitsibushi showroom has a very large selection of craft items & much cheaper than places listed above. There's also a stationery shop in the Riffa Souq. Second or 3rd right upon entering the souq (not Bukawara) you will see it on your right. Large selection of arts and crafts items and also cheaper than places listed above.
