Ante-Natal Pilates

    If you are expecting a baby and you are feeling well and have been given the all clear to exercise, join our speciality ante-natal Pilates classes. Classes will focus on working the legs, arms and glutes and strengthening the pelvic floor muscles using a variety of props including hands weights, exercise ball and flex band. Exercises can also help relieve lower back pain. Beginners and those familiar with Pilates will enjoy this class which helps you workout during your pregnancy in a safe way.
